The official languages in the Congress will be English and Spanish.

All the participants shall collect their personal identification tag together with the Congress documentation. The tag will have to remain visible in order to allow participation in all Congress activities. 
 

All participants will be issued an attendance certificate for academic and work purposes. 

Magisterial Conferences and Free Papers presented shall be published and avalaible for whom are interested to buy them. Certain other documents that due to their importance may be of special interest to the Scientific Committee shall also be fully published in the book of abstracts.
